Youth Boxing

Boxing training gives children confidence and helps focus them. It also helps children to sleep better, improves reaction time and memory. Not to mention it is a great way to keep your children fit and healthy.

Youth Boxing

Youth Boxing class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques such as; stance, guard, movement, jab, cross, hook. This increases strength and improves endurance. Class will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, pad work and core strengthening exercises. These important skills will build self-confidence while keeping participants physically fit.

Ages 5-9 6:00-6:45

Ages 10+ 6:45-7:45

Tuesdays or Thursdays 1x per week

Boxing Conditioning

Boxing Conditioning teaches basic boxing skills and techniques, designed to increase muscular strength and cardio endurance—the perfect class to get shredded! Boxing Conditioning will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, and core strengthening exercises.

Ages 18+ 7:45-8:30

Tuesdays or Thursdays 1x per week
